Project Management

Tokoda has worked closely with our active directory project team providing consultancy services in the form of project leadership and technical input. Lancaster University have successfully migrated core NT4.0 systems to Windows 2000 with virtually no interruption to services or disruption to users. Chris Gill provided the direction, strategic planning, and team motivation for the project over an 18 month period, and his contribution is reflected in the success of the project.
