Support Incident Packs
You can purchase Incident Packs in blocks of 5 incidents. Incidents can be called off as and when you need our help. The incident packs have no shelf life, and can be used to cover any support related issue. Pricing varies based on your network size and level of complexity but as an example a 5 seat, single server based network would cost as little as £250 per pack.
